FFRAMEAPPEND: Stata module to append data frames to currently active data frame

Abstract

fframeappend appends variables in the “using frames” to the currently active frame. If no optional variable list is provided, all variables and observations in the “using frames” will be appended to the currently active frame. The new observations will be at the bottom of the currently active frame. Variables in the currently active frame are automatically promoted following the promotion rules of Stata’s “replace” command. The ordering of variables in the currently active frames is preserved.
