High-Tech Gründungen in Deutschland 2011: Untersuchung für Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, München. Executive Summary

Abstract

Die Anzahl der High-Tech-Gründungen ist in Deutschland im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um zwei Prozent gesunken. Das zeigt eine aktuelle Studie des Zentrums für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung (ZEW), die in Zusammenarbeit mit Microsoft Deutschland durchgeführt wurde. Der durch die Unternehmergesellschaft ausgelöste Wachstumsschub des Vorjahres hat sich nicht fortgesetzt. Mit rund 14.100 jährlichen Neugründungen im High-Tech-Sektor befindet sich die Anzahl der High-Tech-Gründungen weiter deutlich unter dem Niveau der zweiten Hälfte der neunziger Jahre (durchschnittlich zirka 18.500 Neugründungen pro Jahr).
