Abstract

Die Studie von Prof. Dominik Enste und Co-Autoren zeigt, dass nicht allein finanzielle oder strukturelle Voraussetzungen für den Unternehmenserfolg entscheidend sind, sondern ebenso Vertrauen, gemeinsame Werte und ein starkes Miteinander. Die Unternehmenskultur und das Sozialkapital sind entscheidende Erfolgsfaktoren für Resilienz, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sowie langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg.
