Bürokratiefilter für den Gesetzgeber: Unnötigen Belastungen präventiv begegnen

Abstract

Trotz jahrzehntelanger Bemühungen zahlreicher Bundes- und Landesregierungen ist in Deutschland kein wirksamer nachhaltiger Bürokratieabbau gelungen. Vielmehr ist in den letzten Jahren eine deutliche Steigerung der Belastung von Unternehmen zu verzeichnen. Die Glaubwürdigkeit politischer Akteure die einen Bürokratieabbau versprechen wird zunehmend in Frage gestellt. Vor diesem Hintergrund bedarf es einer grundlegend neuen Denkweise der Regierungen sowie einer korrespondierenden Gesetzgebungs- und Verwaltungsgovernance mit folgendem positiven Ziel: Unternehmen sollen zur Innovation und Transformation befähigt werden, um zur Nachhaltigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der deutschen Wirtschaft beizutragen.
