Abstract

Der Wissenschaftliche Beirat der Stiftung Familienunternehmen warnt davor, die Konjunktur-, Finanzmarkt- und Wettbewerbspolitik mit umweltpolitischen Zielen zu überfrachten. "Der Schutz des Klimas ist die größte Aufgabe unserer Generation. Es ist aber nicht sinnvoll, alle Bereiche der Wirtschaftspolitik auf Umweltziele auszurichten", stellt das Gremium fest. "Wenn alle Bereiche dem Klimaschutz untergeordnet werden, dann fördert das staatliche Planwirtschaft, Kleinteiligkeit und Fehlsteuerung." In der Konjunkturpolitik seien Instrumente gefragt, die schnell, zielgenau und zeitlich begrenzt wirkten. In der Umwelt- und Klimapolitik gehe es dagegen um dauerhafte und langfristige Veränderungen.
