Abstract

Ziel des "Verbundvorhabens Ariadne: Evidenzbasiertes Assessment für die Gestaltung der deutschen Energiewende" (kurz: Ariadne) war es, durch ein evidenzbasiertes Assessment Entscheidungsträger/innen eine verbesserte wissenschaftliche Grundlage zur Gestaltung der deutschen Energiewende zu verschaffen. Im Zentrum des Projekts stand dabei ein zielgerichteter Lernprozess zwischen Forschung, Politik und Gesellschaft, bei dem Optionen für die Umsetzung der deutschen Energiewende erarbeitet und anschließend bewertet und ausgestaltet werden sollten. Hierzu sollte unter anderem ein Haushaltspanel etabliert werden, um unter Anwendung ökonometrischer und experimenteller Methoden eine Grundlage für eine evidenzbasierte Evaluierung von klimapolitischen Instrumenten im Gebäude-/Wärmesektor zu schaffen. Neben der Analyse und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Politikpfaden sollten im Projekt zusätzlich die Systemperspektive mit sektoralem Detailwissen integriert sowie Maßnahmen, langfristige Technologie- und Politikoptionen und Governance gemeinsam betrachtet werden.
