Abstract

Dieses Gutachten untersucht den Zusammenhang von Mengen‐ und Kostenveränderungen in der stationären Krankenhausversorgung. Ziel ist die Bestimmung des Fixkostenanteils an den Fallpauschalen (G‐DRG) für zusätzliche Leistungen. Auf Basis einer erheblich größeren und repräsentativeren Datengrundlage aktualisiert dieses Gutachten die Ergebnisse des vorangegangenen Gutachtens mit gleicher Zielsetzung (Augurzky et al. 2016). Für die zentrale Fragestellung wird (analog zum vorangegangenen Gutachten) ein empirischer Ansatz auf Systemebene verwendet, um ausgehend von den in der Vergangenheit beobachteten Änderungen der Gesamtkosten und Leistungsmenge (Case‐Mix) auf der Krankenhausebene den Zusammenhang von Mengen‐ und Kostenänderungen nachzuweisen und zu quantifizieren. Darüber hinaus werden in diesem Gutachten zahlreiche zusätzliche Sensitivitätsanalysen durchgeführt, um die Stabilität der Ergebnisse zu prüfen. [...]
