Betriebliche Kompetenzentwicklung: 10 Fallstudien zu betrieblichen Vereinbarungen

Abstract

Kompetenz- und Personalentwicklung sind im Rahmen von 'Human Resource Management' zunehmend zum Gegenstand betrieblicher Weiterbildungsaktivitäten geworden. Die Rolle, die technische Innovationen und die damit verbundenen Rationalisierungen in den 80er Jahren spielten, kommt inzwischen den 'Köpfen' der Beschäftigten zu. Dadurch werden auch die betrieblichen Interessenvertretungen vor neue Aufgaben gestellt. Sie können im Rahmen ihrer Mitbestimmungsrechte Vereinbarungen mit dem Arbeitgeber über die Modalitäten betrieblicher Weiterbildung abschließen. Diese Untersuchung stellt die aus solchen Vereinbarungen folgende Praxis in zehn Betrieben verschiedener Branchen dar.
