Abstract

Die Arbeit in Krankenhäusern und Kindertagesstätten erfährt in den letzten Jahrzehnten massive Veränderungen: Der Bedarf an Betreuungsplätzen und in der Gesundheitsversorgung steigt, gleichzeitig wachsen die Erwartungen an die Qualität der Versorgung. Das stellt hohe Anforderungen an die pädagogischen und pflegerischen Fachkräfte. Wie gehen die Beschäftigten mit diesen Veränderungen um? Welche Wünsche und Ansprüche haben sie in diesen Prozessen? Und wie gelingt es ihnen, diese auf Ebene der Betriebe und darüber hinaus einzubringen und durchzusetzen?
