Digitalisierung der Bürgerämter in Deutschland

Abstract

Beim E-Government gilt Deutschland als Nachzügler. Diese Studie untersucht die Digitalisierung am Beispiel der Bürgerämter, der wichtigsten Anlaufpunkte zur öffentlichen Verwaltung. Die Studie zeigt, dass es inzwischen zwar Fortschritte bei der Bereitstellung von Informationen und der digitalen Terminvereinbarung gibt. Aber noch laufen nur wenige Verwaltungsvorgänge ohne Medienbruch vollständig digital ab. Durch eine differenzierte Analyse, woran es aktuell hakt, gibt die Untersuchung wichtige Hinweise, wie die Digitalisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung gelingen kann.
