Abstract

Auf die betriebliche Suchtprävention und Suchthilfe haben Interessenvertretungen erheblichen Einfluss. Sie bestimmen bei Betriebsvereinbarungen und Gesprächsleitfäden mit. Was aber trägt dann weiter zum Erfolg und zur Wirksamkeit der Regelungen im betrieblichen Alltag bei? Diese Frage beantworten Erfahrungen aus der Praxis: Die vorliegende Studie bietet Anregungen und Argumentationshilfen, die zur Entwicklung betrieblicher Programme nützlich sind. Das Profil der Suchtprävention und Suchthilfe im Betrieb wird geschärft. Letztere leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erhalt der Gesundheit und Arbeitsfähigkeit der Beschäftigten sowie zur Erfüllung des gesetzlichen Präventionsauftrags. Hierfür präsentiert die Studie zahlreiche konkrete Beispiele.
