Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die zentrale Rolle des Managements für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Maßnahmen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes. Dabei wird zwischen verschiedenen Managementebenen unterschieden. Die spezifische Rolle der mittleren und unteren Führungsebene, die Entwicklung ihres Commitments und Möglichkeiten, diese Gruppe bei der Umsetzung der Gefährdungsbeurteilung zu unterstützen, sind Gegenstand der vorliegenden Analyse. Dazu werden die Aufgaben des mittleren Managements auf inhaltsbezogene, (mikro-)politische, beziehungsorientierte und selbstbezogene Ebenen unterschieden. Übergreifend erfolgen Betrachtungen von Aufgaben der Kommunikation und der Sinngebung.
