Leistungsentgelt im Entgeltrahmenabkommen der Metall- und Elektroindustrie in NRW: Praxiswissen Betriebsvereinbarungen

Abstract

Diese Auswertung von Betriebsvereinbarungen liefert einen vollständigen Überblick über alle regelungsrelevanten Punkte zum Abschluss von Leistungsentgeltsystemen unter den Bedingungen des Entgeltrahmenabkommens der Metall- und Elektroindustrie für den Tarifbezirk Nordrhein-Westfalen. Zu den wesentlichen Entgeltmethoden zur Bestimmung von Leistungsentgelten zählen der Akkord, die Prämie und die Zielvereinbarung I im Leistungsentgelt sowie die Zielvereinbarung II und die Leistungsverhaltensbeurteilung im Zeitentgelt. Neben Formulierungsvorschlägen sind den jeweiligen Entgeltsystemen ergänzend orientierende Fragestellungen hinzugefügt, über die bei Entgeltsystemen zu verhandeln ist.
