Abstract

Diese Study dokumentiert die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojektes 'Durchlässigkeit in naturwissenschaftlich-technischen (MINT-)Berufen. Qualifizierungswege in beruflicher und hochschulischer Bildung'. Das Projekt wurde am Institut für Berufspädagogik und Erwachsenenbildung (IfBE) der Leibniz Universität Hannover von März 2014 bis Juni 2017 durchgeführt und durch die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung gefördert. Ziel des Forschungsprojektes war es, transparente und systematische Ergebnisse über berufsbegleitende Studienformate im MINT-Sektor zu generieren. Neben der curricularen Konzeption und der praktischen Umsetzung, wurden zudem die Motivationen, Anforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren berufstätiger und beruflich qualifizierter Studierender erhoben und analysiert.
