Gut geregelt? Entgeltgestaltung für außertariflich Beschäftige am Beispiel der chemischen Industrie

Abstract

Die Regulierung der Entgelte von außertariflich Beschäftigten gewinnt mit dem Anwachsen dieser Gruppe an Bedeutung. Da tarifliche Regelungen für AT-Beschäftigte definitionsgemäß nicht gelten, ist es Aufgabe der Betriebsräte, den komplexen Gegenstand der AT-Entgelte zu gestalten. Die vorliegende Analyse zeigt am Beispiel der chemischen Industrie Elemente einer guten Mitbestimmungspraxis: von inhaltlichen Regelungsmöglichkeiten bis zu Aussagen zur Verhandlungs- und Umsetzungspraxis. Grundlagen sind Auswertungen von Betriebsvereinbarungen und Experteninterviews.
