Sucht und Suchtmittelmissbrauch

Abstract

Beim Thema Sucht und Suchtmittelgebrauch im Betrieb denkt man nicht mehr in erster Linie an Alkoholkonsum. In einer wachsenden Zahl werden in Betriebsvereinbarungen auch andere, stoffungebundene Suchtformen behandelt.Gegenüber der ersten Auswertung aus dem Jahr 2004 haben sich einige Themen verändert: Die Prävention ist stärker ins Zentrum der Aufmerksamkeit gerückt; Verhaltenssüchte werden vielfach beachtet. Die Benennung von betrieblichen Ansprechpersonen für Suchtfragen ist eine beliebte Methode, die Suchtarbeit im Unternehmen zu verstetigen. Viele Vereinbarungen formulieren ein Suchtmittelverbot und Stufenpläne, die mit einem Fürsorgegespräch angekündigt werden. Vielfach wird auch die Information und Schulung der betreffenden Akteure in den Vereinbarungen geregelt.Die Empfehlungen aus der ersten Auswertung und die Qualitätsstandards der Deutschen Hauptstelle für Suchtfragen finden sich immer öfter in Vereinbarungen wieder.
