Branchenanalyse Luftverkehr: Entwicklung von Beschäftigung und Arbeitsbedingungen

Abstract

Der Luftverkehr wächst weltweit seit Jahrzehnten. Dieses Wachstum setzt sich fort, aber gleichzeitig steckt die Branche in Deutschland und Europa aufgrund von Deregulierung und freiem Marktzugang in einem Strukturwandel, der durch Rationalisierungen bei Strecken und Personal, steigender Arbeitsintensität und Druck auf die Löhne und Gehälter für die Beschäftigten geprägt ist. Die Studie beschreibt, wie sich die strukturellen Veränderungen des Wettbewerbs (Auswirkungen von Liberalisierung und Globalisierung) auf Unternehmen im Luftverkehr, auf Unternehmensstrategien, auf Personalstrategien sowie Beschäftigung und Entlohnung ausgewirkt haben. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Situation bei den Luftverkehrsgesellschaften, bei den Bodenverkehrsdiensten und an den Flughäfen.
