Abstract

In der Diskussion um die Zukunft der Betriebsratsarbeit im Kontext gesamtwirtschaftlicher Veränderungsprozesse spielt das Innovationshandeln von "gestaltenden Betriebsräten" eine zentrale Rolle. Die Study untersucht, wie sich unterstützende Leistungen (Qualifizierung, Beratung und Vernetzung) auswirken: auf die Betriebsratsarbeit und die Funktion von Betriebsräten als Innovationspromotoren, aber auch auf die Arbeitsorientierung von Innovationsprozessen und die Beteiligung von Belegschaften.
