Abstract

Die Studie präsentiert eine Übersicht zu Forschungsarbeiten von Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbedingungen von Arbeitnehmern im Fokus von Forschern, Forschungsorganisationen und Forschungsförderern im Zeitraum von 1970 bis 2003 und zeigt somit die Entwicklung der Forschung über Arbeitnehmer. Durch einen stetigen wirtschaftsstrukturellen Wandel begleitet von technologischen und organisatorischen Entwicklungen soll von der arbeitnehmernahen Forschung neu entstehende Ungleichheit am Arbeitsmarkt kontinuierlich erfasst und analysiert werden, um wissenschaftspolitische Lösungen formulieren zu können.
