Abstract

Die vorliegende Untersuchung zielt darauf ab, die Sensibilität der betrieblichen Interessenvertretung für die Bedeutung von Dienstleistungsinnovationen zu erhöhen und ein Qualifizierungskonzept für Betriebs- und Personalräte zur Mitgestaltung von Dienstleistungsinnovationen zu entwickeln. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Produktinno-vationen wirken sich Dienstleistungsinnovationen auf alle Geschäftsbereiche aus. Sie haben organisatorische Veränderungen zur Folge und bedingen häufig neue Geschäftsmodelle. Dies erfordert ein geeignetes Qualifizierungs- bzw. Sensibilisierungskonzept. Die vorliegende Publikation zeichnet die Erprobung eines Qualifizierungskonzeptes nach und erläutert einen mehrstufigen Ansatz für Betriebs- und Personalräte zur Sensibilisierung für Dienstleistungsinnovationen. Das Konzept richtet sich an Betriebs- und Personalräte aus Dienstleistungsbranchen, die sich stärker in die Mitgestaltung von Dienstleistungsinnovationen einbringen möchten.
