Abstract

Kleineren und mittleren Unternehmen fehlen häufig die für die Realisierung eines modernen Personalmanagements erforderlichen fachlichen und personellen Ressourcen. Ähnlich sieht es auf Seiten der Interessenvertretung aus. Mit großem Interesse und persönlichem Engagement können sie diese Aktivitäten und die dafür erforderlichen Ressourcen verbinden. Das vorliegende Prozesshandbuch ist keine Blaupause. Vielmehr skizziert es einen Prozess, in dem die Beteiligten den betriebsspezifischen Handlungsbedarf, gesundheitliche Potenziale und Ressourcen ermitteln. Es unterstützt Interessenvertretung, Personalabteilung. Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit, Betriebsärzte u. a. dabei, ein für den Betrieb und seine Anforderungen angemessenes Gesundheitsmanagement zu entwickeln.
