Abstract

Im Internet 2.0 konsumiert man nicht nur Informationen passiv, sondern kann sie selbst als Text, Bild, Video etc. zur Verfügung stellen. Menschen vernetzen sich aktiver als jemals zuvor in und mit "sozialen Medien" - weltweit. Zugleich lassen sich Daten über Nutzer noch leichter gewinnen. Damit einher gehen Probleme des Persönlichkeits- und Datenschutzes, Fragen von Urheberrechten etc. In der Arbeitswelt kommen Web 2.0-Anwendungen in sehr unterschiedlichen Feldern zum Einsatz: Kundenservice, Marketing, Mitarbeitergewinnung, Wissensmanagement, Arbeitsorganisation. Verändern die neuen Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten in Verbindung mit mobilen Endgeräten, mobilen Beschäftigten und einer weltweiten Arbeitsteilung innerhalb von Unternehmen womöglich die gesamte Arbeitsorganisation und Kommunikation stärker als wir ahnen? Die Handlungshilfe unterstützt betriebliche Interessenvertretungen dabei, sich zu orientieren, um wichtige Handlungsfelder ausfindig machen zu können. Die rechtliche Situation wird verständlich erläutert, praktische Hinweise sind systematisch zusammengetragen. Expertinnen und Experten geben in Interviews Einblicke in ihre Sicht auf die Dinge.
