Abstract

Diese Publikation ist eine Literaturstudie zu Regelungen der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung in Großbritannien, Spanien, Schweden, Frankreich und Ungarn. Die Studie gibt einen Überblick über die zum Teil sehr unterschiedlichen Rechte der Arbeitnehmervertreter im Betrieb. Wie weitgehend sind diese Rechte und auf welchen formal gesetzlichen bzw. tarifvertraglichen Grundlagen beruhen sie? Bei wem liegen die betrieblichen Verhandlungskompetenzen? Wann kommen Gewerkschaften ins Spiel? Was machen die Akteure, wenn nur geringe Mitbestimmungsrechte formal verankert sind?Zum besseren Verständnis der betrieblichen Rechte von Arbeitnehmervertretern werden die Grundzüge der Arbeitsbeziehungen in den jeweiligen Ländern vorgestellt. Zudem wird knapp erläutert, vor welchem historisch-sozialen Kontext sich die einzelnen betrieblichen Mitbestimmungssysteme entwickelten. Eine umfangreiche Liste mit Literaturangaben zur Mitbestimmung in den 25 EU-Ländern befindet sich im Anhang.
