Abstract

Büroarbeit und Büroräume verändern sich: New Work, Office 21, E-Place, Offene Bürowelt, Business-Club, Desk-Sharing und Flexible-Office sind nur einige der neuen Schlagworte. Der Autor hat sich Arbeitsplätze dieser Art in einer Reihe von Unternehmen angesehen und mit den Betriebsräten gesprochen. Fazit: Damit bei der Umsetzung der neuen Konzepte die Gesundheit der Beschäftigten nicht auf der Strecke bleibt, müssen arbeitswissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse berücksichtigt werden. Dazu ist die tatkräftige Beteiligung von Personal- und Betriebsräten notwendig. Mit dieser Veröffentlichung erhalten sie neben einer Einführung in die Thematik und einer Darstellung von Praxisbeispielen, Gestaltungshinweise zu folgenden Themen:- organisatorische Gestaltung neuer Büroarbeit- Beteiligung der Beschäftigten- neue Bürokonzepte wie Desk-Sharing- Normen und Regelwerke für das Büro- Rechtliche Handlungsmöglichkeiten- Regelungsinhalte von Betriebsvereinbarungen.
