Abstract

Wie liest man einen Jahresabschluss und welches analytische Handwerkszeug steht dafür zur Verfügung? Diese Frage bewegt viele in der betrieblichen Praxis, die sich mit dem Jahresabschluss auseinandersetzen müssen. Selbst 'alte Hasen' im Wirtschaftsausschuss oder im Betriebsrat stoßen immer wieder auf neue Themen und Fragen. Das beginnt bei einzelnen Bilanzpositionen, führt über den Einfluss des Steuerrechts auf die Handelsbilanz und die Abgrenzung von Rückstellungen und Schulden bis zu den latenten Steuern.Für den Bereich der Jahresabschlüsse nach dem deutschen Handelsgesetzbuch legt die Autorin Birgit K. Mielke hier eine gut verständliche und fachlich umfassende Handlungshilfe für Mitglieder von Betriebsräten und Wirtschaftsausschüssen vor.
