Abstract

Das Kinder- und Jugendstärkungsgesetz (KJSG) hat weitreichende Veränderungen hin zu einer menschenrechtlich orientierten, diskriminierungsfreien Teilhabe und einer inklusiven Kinder- und Jugendhilfe auf den Weg gebracht hat. Die Koordination von Kinder- und Jugendhilferecht (SGB VIII) und Teilhaberecht (SGB IX) für alle jungen Menschen in einem gegliederten System mit unterschiedlichen Leistungsgesetzen und sieben Rehabilitationsträgern ist eine große Herausforderung und Zukunftsaufgabe, die aus rechtswissenschaftlicher, sozialpädagogischer und sozialwissenschaftlicher Perspektive unter Berücksichtigung der Praxis diskutiert werden.
