Abstract

Der Band setzt sich erstmalig umfassend mit Fragen des Diskriminierungsschutzes in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe auseinander. Robert Uerpmann-Wittzack entwickelt ein grund- und menschenrechtliches Konzept der Inklusion und gleichberechtigten Teilhabe. Katharina Lohse untersucht die einzelnen Regelungen des SGB VIII mit Blick auf den Diskriminierungsschutz. Daniela Schweigler beleuchtet den Grundsatz der Trägervielfalt und seine Bedeutung für Diversität. Weitere Beiträge befassen sich mit dem Einfluss der Kinderrechtskonvention (Sophie Funcke), der Trägervielfalt aus empirischer Perspektive (Christian Peucker), der Bedeutung von Ethikkommissionen für eine rassismuskritische Jugendhilfe (Ersan Özdemir) sowie der Kindergrundsicherung (Anne Lenze).
