Abstract

Wie seine Vorgänger liefert auch der Datenreport 2021 amtliche Statistiken und sozialwissenschaftliche Einordnungen zur gesellschaftlichen Situation in Deutschland. Ausführliche Kapitel unter anderem zu Bevölkerungsentwicklung, Familie, Bildung, Wirtschaft, Arbeitsmarkt, Gesundheit, Wohnen, Sozialstruktur und Partizipation sowie Klimawandel und Klimaschutz zeichnen ein differenziertes Gesamtbild der Lebensverhältnisse und zeigen zudem Trends und Entwicklungen auf. Auch den Auswirkungen der Coronapandemie, deren langfristige Folgen erst in den kommenden Jahren Eingang in Datenerhebung und Statistik finden werden, ist ein eigenes Kapitel gewidmet, das erste empirische Erkenntnisse darstellt und analysiert.
