Betriebliche Beschäftigung von IT-Fachkräften: Tätigkeiten, Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und Weiterbildung

Abstract

Das IT-Weiterbildungssystem (ITWS) setzt ganz wesentlich darauf, dass die Betriebe dieses Instrumentarium in ihre Strategien zur Personalentwicklung für ihre IT-Fachkräfte übernehmen. Insbesondere trifft dies auf die Variante der arbeitsprozessorientierten Qualifizierung (APO) zu, die die Qualifizierung und Kompetenzentwicklung der IT-Fachkräfte stark in die betrieblichen Arbeitsabläufe hineinverlagert und auf diese Weise eine große Betriebs- und Praxisorientierung versprechen. Woran richten Betriebe, die elaborierte Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (also nicht nur Standardanwendungen) mit eigenem IT-Fachpersonal nutzen, ihre PE-Strategien für diese Gruppe von Beschäftigten aus? Bestehen Anschlussmöglichkeiten für das ITWS oder einzelne Komponenten in den Betrieben? Welche und in welcher Form? Und wenn solche Anschlussmöglichkeiten nicht bestehen, woran liegt es? Diesen Fragen ging eine empirisch angelegte Untersuchung nach, die das Forschungs- und Beratungsinstitut ConLogos Dr. Vock (Erfurt) 2004 / 2005 im Auftrag des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (BIBB) durchgeführt hat. Die Veröffentlichung stellt die Ergebnisse dieser Analysen vor. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
