Innovative Zertifizierung beruflicher Aufstiegsfortbildung - Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten zur Personenzertifizierung im IT-Weiterbildungssystem

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie ist eingebettet in ein Projekt zur Evaluation des IT-Weiterbildungssystems. Ziel der Studie ist, eine Auswahl der in Deutschland praktizierten Nachweissysteme zur Anerkennung erworbener oder vorhandener beruflicher Qualifikationen zu analysieren, die neben den Regelungen des BBiG, HwO und HRG existieren und dem Verfahren der Personenzertifizierung nach ISO 17024 analog gestaltet sind. Es wird ein Überblick über die aktuell in der beruflichen Aufstiegsfortbildung vorkommenden Zertifikate gegeben. Den Schwerpunkt der Studie bilden die Darstellung, Beschreibung und Interpretation ausgewählter Fallbeispiele von Zertifizierungsverfahren, die in verschiedenen Zweigen des Dienstleistungssektors (Gesundheitsdienstleistungen; Dienstleistungen im Bereich Beraten, Informieren, Recht anwenden; Finanzdienstleistungen) Anwendung finden. Die Nachweisverfahren werden hinsichtlich ihrer Übertragbarkeit auf das IT-Weiterbildungssystem betrachtet. (BIBB-Doku)
