Abstract

Was kann von Seiten der Bildung geschehen, um Arbeiten am Bau wieder attraktiv zu machen? Der gekürzte Abschlussbericht sieht dafür eine Chance, wenn vor allem die Situation der Weiterbildung verbessert wird. Einer Bestandsaufnahme der aktuellen Qualifikationsanforderungen folgen Vorschläge für neue Methoden, Inhalte und Strukturen. Mit Schwerpunkt auf eine handlungsorientierte Qualifizierung statt einer Büffelei" nach Fächern soll neuer Schwung und Anreiz für den beruflichen Aufstieg zum mittleren Management auf dem Bau gegeben werden. Verbände der Bauwirtschaft und der Gewerkschaft erwarten auf Grundlage dieses Berichts eine baldige Neuordnung der beruflichen Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich. Dann könnte es bald wieder von der Baustelle schallen: Seid schlau, lernt beim Bau. (Autorenreferat)
