Abstract

Im Rahmen der Ordnung der vier kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberufe Automobilkaufmann / Automobilkauffrau, Buchhändler / Buchhändlerin, Verlagskaufmann / Verlagskauffrau und Versicherungskaufmann / Versicherungskauffrau wurden neben den Ausbildungsinhalten auch die Abschlussprüfungen neu konzipiert. Handlungsorientierung und Kundenorientierung in der Ausbildung verlangte auch neue Prüfungsformen. Haben sich diese in der Praxis bewährt? Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung hat die ersten Erfahrungen mit der neuen Abschlussprüfung ausgewertet. (BIBB)
