Abstract

Der Abschlussbericht stellt die Ergebnisse der wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung zum Ausbildungsberuf Bürokaufmann/Bürokauffrau (Industrie und Handel) vor. Die Untersuchung wurde im Rahmen des Forschungsprojektes "Evaluation der Büroberufe" des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (www.bibb.de) durchgeführt. Seit der Neuordnung der Büroberufe (Bürokaufleute (Industrie, Handel und Handwerk), Kaufleute für Bürokommunikation (Industrie und Handel), Fachangestellte für Bürokommunikation (Öffentlicher Dienst) Anfang der 90er Jahre wird darin ausgebildet. Die vorliegende Evaluation soll Aufschluss darüber bringen, ob und inwieweit die Ziele und Intentionen der Neuordnung in die Praxis der beruflichen Ausbildung von Betrieb und Berufsschule sowie in den Prüfungen umgesetzt wurden. Sie soll zeigen, wie Qualifikationen verwertet werden und inwieweit die Ausbildungsordnungen anforderungsgerecht gestaltet sind. Der Abschlussbericht zur Evaluation des Ausbildungsberufes Bürokaufmann/Bürokauffrau (Industrie/Handel) umfasst den Stand der Forschungsergebnisse und basiert im empirischen Teil auf den Ergebnissen der repräsentativen schriftlichen Befragung in Betrieben und der Fallstudien, die in ausgewählten Betrieben durchgeführt wurden.
