Abstract

Der Abschlussbericht zur "Evaluation der Büroberufe - Ausbildungsberuf Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation (Industrie, Handel, Handwerk)" stellt die Ergebnisse der wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung vor. Die Evaluation der Ausbildungsordnung sollte Aufschluss darüber bringen, ob und inwieweit die Ziele und Intentionen der Neuordnung der Büroberufe in der Ausbildungspraxis von Betrieb und Berufsschule sowie in den Prüfungen umgesetzt werden, wie Qualifikationen verwertet werden und inwieweit die Ausbildungsordnung anforderungsgerecht gestaltet ist. Der Abschlussbericht umfasst den Stand der Forschungsergebnisse und basiert im empirischen Teil auf den Ergebnissen der schriftlichen Befragung in Betrieben und der Fallstudien und Expertengespräche in ausgewählten Betrieben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Ausbildungsberuf von den Betrieben angenommen wird und zunehmend von jungen Menschen, bevorzugt von Frauen, als Wunschberuf gewählt wird. (BIBB2)
