Qualitätsinitiativen intermediärer Einrichtungen - Das Angebot der Kammern: Eine Status-quo-Erhebung von Initiativen der IHK und HwK zur Unterstützung der Sicherung und Entwicklung betrieblicher Ausbildungsqualität

Abstract

Die Kammern spielen eine zentrale Rolle für die Qualitätssicherung der betrieblichen Ausbildung. Laut BBiG gehört es u. a. zu ihren Aufgaben, Prüfungen zu organisieren, Betriebe und Auszubildende zu beraten sowie die Durchführung der betrieblichen Bildung zu überwachen. Zusätzlich zu diesen gesetzlich festgelegten Aufgaben bauten die Kammern in den letzten Jahren ihr Angebot für Ausbildungsbetriebe im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung verstärkt aus, um diese noch besser bei der Durchführung guter Ausbildung zu unterstützen. So entstanden deutschlandweit verschiedenste innovative Ansätze, die die Förderung, Sicherung und Auszeichnung betrieblicher Ausbildungsqualität adressieren. Über ein mehrstufiges, multimethodisches Vorgehen wurden diese "Qualitätsinitiativen" in den Fokus genommen, sodass die vorliegende Überblicksstudie eine erste systematische Bestandsaufnahme dieses Engagements intermediärer Einrichtungen am Beispiel der Handwerkskammern sowie der Industrie- und Handelskammern bietet. Die Studie ist von DEQA-VET im Rahmen des Projekts "Qualitätsinitiativen intermediärer Einrichtungen sowie freiwillige Zertifizierungsangebote für kleine und mittlere Ausbildungsbetriebe im dualen System" (Laufzeit 2019 bis 2021) angefertigt worden, das über das EU-Programm Erasmus+ gefördert wurde.
