Evaluation der Förderung überbetrieblicher Berufsbildungsstätten und ihrer Weiterentwicklung zu Kompetenzzentren

Abstract

Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen sollen aktiv in der betrieblichen Ausbildung und in der Fort- und Weiterbildung ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter unterstützt werden. Um dies zu ermöglichen, fördern das BIBB aus Mitteln des BMBF und das BAFA aus Mitteln des BMWi überbetriebliche Berufsbildungsstätten (ÜBS). Die Förderung umfasst die Ausstattung zur Durchführung von Lehrgängen und Kursen, den Bau von Lehrgebäuden (sowohl durch bauliche Modernisierung bestehender Gebäude als ggf. auch Neubau) und die Weiterentwicklung von ÜBS zu Kompetenzzentren. Inwiefern diese Maßnahmen ihre Wirkung entfalten und wie die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Förderung zu bewerten ist, wurde im Rahmen einer Evaluation der ÜBS-Förderung ermittelt und wird im vorliegenden Bericht dargestellt.
