Abstract

Im Rahmen der Initiative 'Berufsbildung 4.0 - Fachkräftequalifikationen und Kompetenzen für die digitalisierte Arbeit von morgen' vom BMBF und vom BIBB wurde der Frage nachgegangen, wie sich digitale und vernetzte Technologien derzeit auf Arbeitsaufgaben und Kompetenzen in der Landwirtschaft auswirken. Insbesondere im Umgang mit Lebewesen sind Fachkompetenzen auch weiterhin essenzielle Grundlage beruflicher Handlungsfähigkeit, müssen aber durch Kompetenzen im Umgang mit der Steuerung von Maschinen, Geräten und Anlagen sowie in der Auswertung und Nutzung von Daten für das Prozessmanagement ergänzt werden. Aufgrund der besonderen Struktur des anerkannten Ausbildungsberufes Landwirt/-in ist eine Modernisierung der Berufsausbildung derzeit nicht zwingend geboten. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
