"Move on": Qualifikationsstruktur und Erwerbstätigkeit in Berufen der räumlichen Mobilität

Abstract

Die Mobilitätsbereiche des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes stehen durch Entwicklungen in der Elektromobilität und Digitalisierung vor einem tiefgreifenden Wandel, der die zukünftige Mobilität mit elektrischem, vernetztem und autonomem Fahren bestimmen wird. Um der Globalisierung der Wirtschaft und der zunehmenden Freizeitmobilität gerecht zu werden, wird in Zukunft Mobilität nicht mehr durch einzelne Technologien und Verkehrsträger zu erbringen sein, sondern eine Optimierung kann nur im Gesamtsystem liegen. Dabei sind Bereiche und Berufe betroffen, in denen Personen selbst mobil sind oder in denen mobile Einheiten produziert und gehandelt werden sowie solche, die die notwendige Infrastruktur für den Betrieb von mobilen Einheiten sicherstellen. Gemäß diesem umfassenden Verständnis von Mobilitätsbereichen des Arbeitsmarktes liefert diese Studie einen Beitrag zur gegenwärtigen Ausbildung und Erwerbstätigkeit in Berufen der Mobilitätsbereiche. Die Ergebnisse geben einen Überblick über die wirtschaftliche Bedeutung und die Berufe der Mobilität.
