Abstract

Für den Weg in eine inklusive Gesellschaft braucht es gleichberechtigte Teilhabe. Dazu zählt auch, Menschen mit Behinderung eine Ausbildung in einem staatlich anerkannten Beruf zu ermöglichen. Unterstützend stehen bei Bedarf Nachteilsausgleiche zur Verfügung. Behinderte Menschen, für die wegen Art und Schwere ihrer Behinderung keine Berufsausbildung in einem Vollberuf in Betracht kommt, können in theoriegeminderten und im Umfang reduzierten Ausbildungsgängen qualifiziert werden. Für eine wissenschaftliche Analyse dieser Ausbildungsregelungen hat das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) mit einer Studie beauftragt; die zentralen Ergebnisse zum aktuellen Stand der Ausbildung sowie zu den Erkenntnissen im Kontext der rehabilitationspädagogischen Zusatzqualifikation für Ausbilder/-innen (ReZA) werden hier vorgestellt.
