Geflüchtete und berufliche Bildung

Abstract

2015 und 2016 sind rund 1,2 Millionen Menschen als Schutzsuchende in Deutschland registriert worden. Ihre Integration stellt die berufliche Bildung vor große Herausforderungen. Das wissenschaftliche Diskussionspapier beleuchtet dieses Thema aus verschiedenen Perspektiven. In einführenden Beiträgen werden Bildungsvoraussetzungen von Geflüchteten sowie ihre Zugangsvoraussetzungen in berufliche Ausbildung skizziert. Auf der Grundlage von BIBB-Untersuchungen werden Ergebnisse zur Ausbildungsbereitschaft der Betriebe und dem Übergang Geflüchteter in berufliche Ausbildung sowie eine BIBB-Modellrechnung zur Nachfrage Geflüchteter nach dualer Ausbildung in den nächsten Jahren vorgestellt. Weitere Schwerpunkte bilden bestehende Möglichkeiten der Flexibilisierung dualer Ausbildung, die Angebote zur Hinführung Geflüchteter in Ausbildung sowie kommunale und internationale Erfahrungen mit Flüchtlingen in diesem Handlungsfeld. Ausgehend von den zentralen Ergebnissen wird abschließend erörtert, wie die Integration Geflüchteter in die berufliche Ausbildung gelingen kann. Die Stärkung betrieblicher Ausbildung, die Weiterentwicklung berufsvorbereitender Angebote, die ganzheitlichere Ausrichtung ausbildungsbegleitender Angebote sowie mehr Zeit für eine gezielte Berufsorientierung und Ausbildungsvorbereitung stehen hierbei besonders im Fokus.
