Abstract

Der vorliegende Sammelband dokumentiert die reichhaltigen Ansätze und Ergebnisse des Modellprogramms zur 'Entwicklung und Sicherung der Qualität der betrieblichen Berufsausbildung', dessen umfangreiche Transferaktivitäten noch andauern. Dargestellt werden die Zuschnitte der Einzelprojekte, die praxiserprobten Instrumente für eine hochwertige Berufsausbildung sowie die Beiträge von wissenschaftlicher Begleitung und BIBB auf der Programmebene. Im Zentrum steht die Beteiligungsorientierung in Qualitätsprozessen, der in Entwicklung und Forschung eine hohe Bedeutung und Wirksamkeit zukommt. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
