Gesundheitsfachberufe im Überblick: neues Serviceangebot des BIBB

Abstract

Demografische Entwicklung, Fachkräftemangel, Entwurf eines neuen Pflegeberufegesetzes, Akademisierung der Pflege- und Therapieberufe, Ausbildungs- und Qualifizierungsoffensive in der Altenpflege, Übertragung ärztlicher Tätigkeiten auf Pflegekräfte, EU-Richtlinie, EU-Mobilität - die Qualifizierung in Gesundheitsfachberufen ist derzeit gekennzeichnet durch vielfältige Entwicklungen. Verstärkt werden in diesem Zusammenhang Anfragen zur Aus- und Weiterbildung in den Gesundheitsfachberufen (außerhalb BBiG/HwO) auch an das BIBB herangetragen: Welche Ausbildungsgänge gibt es und wer ist zuständig? Warum ist das BIBB für die Gesundheitsfachberufe nicht zuständig? Das wissenschaftliche Diskussionspapier fasst die Ergebnisse der statistischen Analysen der bundesrechtlich geregelten nicht-akademischen Ausbildungen in Gesundheitsfachberufen zusammen. Darüber hinaus werden Ansatzpunkte zur Modernisierung der Ausbildungen aufgezeigt. Ergänzend werden Forschungsprojekte und Publikationen des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung sowie Hinweise zu Portalen mit weiterführenden Informationen übersichtlich dargestellt. Abgerundet wird der Bericht durch eine aktuelle BIBB-Auswahlbibliografie zu Gesundheitsfachberufen. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
