Abstract

Welche Entwicklungen sich im Bankensektor vor dem Hintergrund der demografischen Entwicklung und des zunehmenden Fachkräftebedarfs abzeichnen, welche Veränderungsbedarfe bzw. Entwicklungspotenziale es für Ausbildungsordnungen und Fortbildungsregelungen gibt und wie sich der Deutsche Qualifikationsrahmen (DQR) auf die Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bankensektor auswirken wird, sind zentrale Fragen des wissenschaftlichen Diskussionspapiers zu den Entwicklungen und Perspektiven im Bankensektor. Neben den Ausbildungsordnungen und Fortbildungsregelungen und der Beschäftigungs-, Ausbildungs- und Weiterbildungssituation werden Ergebnisse von Qualifikations- und Berufsfeldprojektion bis 2030 für den Bankensektor vorgestellt und zentrale Entwicklungen und Herausforderungen für den Bankensektor diskutiert.
