Beteiligung an beruflicher Bildung: Indikatoren und Quoten im Überblick

Abstract

Die Berufsbildungsberichterstattung kennt verschiedene Indikatoren, Quoten und Orientierungsgrößen, um Entwicklungen und Problemlagen in der beruflichen Bildung zu beschreiben. Die Konstruktion dieser Indikatoren und ihr Aussagegehalt unterscheiden sich jedoch zum Teil erheblich, auch dann, wenn sie sich auf ähnliche Sachverhalte beziehen. Eine systematische Beschreibung der wichtigsten Indikatoren der Berufs(aus)bildung erschien daher geboten, um ihre Anwendung zu erleichtern. Im Fokus der Indikatoren stehen die Übergänge aus dem allgemeinen Bildungs- in das Ausbildungssystem (1. Schwelle). Mit der vorliegenden Veröffentlichung wird die Berechnungsmethode der einzelnen Indikatoren erläutert sowie ihre Reichweite und Erklärungskraft dokumentiert. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
