Abstract

Angesichts der fortschreitenden europäischen Einigung sowie der Herausforderungen der Globalisierung auch im Bereich der Berufsbildung gewinnen partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Erfahrungsaustausch über Ländergrenzen hinweg für das BIBB immer mehr an Bedeutung. Die vorliegende Publikation erläutert die Entwicklung des Qualifikationsbedarfs in Montenegro, Österreich, Ungarn, Rumänien und Deutschland und beleuchtet damit die Positionen dieser Länder angesichts der gemeinsamen Herausforderungen. Aus den einzelnen Perspektiven wird deutlich, dass strukturell-institutionelle Lösungsansätze, programmatische-unterstützende Ansätze, aber auch ordnungspolitische Verfahren herangezogen werden müssen, um den wirtschaftlichen und demografischen Problemen und den daraus resultierenden Anforderungen in den Ländern zu begegnen.
