Abstract

Dieser Bericht an den Hauptausschuss des BIBB wurde erarbeitet, um die Akteure der Berufsbildung in der Diskussion um die Einbeziehung der Ergebnisse nicht formalen und informellen Lernens in den Deutschen Qualifikationsrahmen für lebenslanges Lernen (DQR) zu unterstützen. Dafür werden wesentliche Ideen, Konzepte und Begriffe im Zusammenhang mit der Anerkennung nicht formalen und informellen Lernens kurz dargestellt. Der Bericht zielt hauptsächlich darauf ab, ein Verständnis und eine begriffliche Klärung über die Anerkennung nicht formalen und informellen Lernens herzustellen und dabei den Stand der internationalen und nationalen Diskussion, Empfehlungen und Verfahren widerzuspiegeln; durch eine Dokumentation von Beispielen aus benachbarten Staaten Anregungen für die weitere Diskussion in Deutschland und Anstöße für Innovationen zu geben und in einem Ausblick Schritte der weiteren Arbeit kritisch zu beleuchten.
