Abstract

This book is intended for supply chain professionals and students already proficient in the basics of supply chain management who want to deepen their knowledge on how to design and execute effective global supply chains in today's rapidly evolving business environment. It presents a set of practical conceptual frameworks on how supply chains should be structured, coordinated, and aligned with an organization's strategic objectives in the modern global landscape.
