Abstract

Die Studie gibt Einblick in die Alterszusammensetzung der systemrelevanten Beschäftigung nach Teilbereichen in Österreich im Referenzjahr 2023, wobei, dem hohen Frauenanteil und den Altersstrukturmerkmalen geschuldet, ein besonderer Fokus auf Frauen liegt. Es werden Handlungsempfehlungen formuliert, wie den demografischen Herausforderungen in der systemrelevanten Beschäftigung begegnet werden kann.
