Abstract

The overarching goal is to determine whether the EU competition rules applicable to vertical agreements in the VBER and the Guidelines have fulfilled its objective in an effective and efficient way. Moreover, the evaluation will look at whether these still address needs and challenges that are currently existing and relevant.
