Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie beleuchtet den Veränderungsprozess in der Alterszusammensetzung der unselbständig Beschäftigten in Österreich im Zeitverlauf sowie spezifische Merkmalausprägungen zur Altersstruktur der Beschäftigten auf betrieblicher Ebene. Aus diesem Perspektivenmix werden Hinweise auf die Schwerpunkte in der Alterszusammensetzung in betrieblichen Belegschaften dargestellt, Auffälligkeiten angezeigt bzw. vorausschauend abgeleitet, wo aufgrund der gegenwärtigen Altersstruktur der Beschäftigung potentieller Handlungsbedarf mit Blick auf den Arbeitskräftebedarf in den nächsten Jahren entstehen wird.
